Protect Your Money and Your Identity.

Achieve Financial Credit Union is committed to the safety of our members' information and accounts. This page will provide you with the knowledge and resources to help protect your personal and financial information. Whether you bank in person, online or on your mobile device, your personal data could be vulnerable to identity theft and other attacks. The articles below offer financial fraud prevention tips.

As a reminder, Achieve will never contact you by phone, email or text to ask you to update your account information or ask you to provide your account number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Debit or Credit Card Number, password or Social Security Number. Be aware that fraudsters can have the ability to spoof telephone numbers. So, a phone call or text that may appear to be from Achieve may actually be a scammer trying to gather personal information about your accounts. So if you're suspicious about a call, or if you are unsure if an email from Achieve Financial is genuine, please contact our Member Service Center at 860.828.2790 option 5.
