Achieve Financial Credit Union was honored to be a part of the Ana Grace Project on April 17, 2017. Students from Northend Elementary School, Chamberlain Elementary School, Smith Elementary School, and DiLoreto Magnet School came to the CCSU campus to be inspired to "Finish the Race" and pursue a college education. Achieve Financial donated $2,000 to "Finish the Race" - an Ana Grace Project. All proceeds help benefit children.

 

Achieve Financial Sponsored the
CCSU Men's Basketball game.

The credit union was a proud sponsor of the CCSU men's basketball game against Bryant University on January 25th, 2017. We held a basketball shooting contest where one CCSU student had 30 seconds to make a layup, free throw, foul shot and a half-court shot. The more shots made, the more prizes won! A raffle was also held and we had four lucky winners who won restaurant gift cards.

Finals are here and the credit union thought that the students could use a little break. Achieve Financial  raffled off tickets to CCSU students to eat at the President's Dining Hall on Wednesday, December 7th. Students were able to eat like a king for a day with one guest of their choice. Hors d'oeuvres were served along with a three course meal.

Achieve Financial @ CCSU Homecoming Game:

Achieve Financial Sponsored the CCSU Homecoming Football Game on October 15th, 2016.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We had a great time handing out foam fingers and sunglasses to all of the CCSU Blue Devils fans!

 

 

 

 

Achieve Financial @ CCSU:

Achieve Financial was on campus on Tuesday, August 30th for the start of the fall semester!

We now have an office in the Student Center Card Office. If you're looking for a savings account, checking account, or the CCSU debit card, come by and meet, Josh, our Credit Union Representative.

 

 

 

2016 New Britain Public School Convocation: 

Achieve Financial Credit Union attended the New Britain Public School Convocation on Monday, August 22nd. We held a raffle for a four pack of New Britain Bees Baseball tickets where we had six winners from the following schools:

  • New Britain High School
  • Northend Elementary School
  • Pulaski Middle School
  • Slade Middle School
  • Roosevelt Early Learning Center
  • Gaffney Elementary School


 

2016 Community Service Initiatives:

  • On March 16th and 17th, Achieve Financial held a basketball skills contest at our CCSU office in the Student Center. Students had up to three attempts to sink a basket. All successful students were entered into a raffle for a CCSU Bookstore gift card. Congratulations to our winners; Sara T., Damany N., Amania A., and Matthew P.

2016 Community Sponsorships:

  • CCSU Men & Women's Double header basketball game.
  • New Britain High School Band Gala Fundraiser for new uniforms and instruments.
  • Sponsored and volunteered at the 8th annual CT Credit Union High School Financial Reality Fair at CCSU on March 29th.  Assisted 600 students in learning the foundation of budgeting their money in a real-life simulation.
