Important notice regarding CCSU ATMs

Dear Valued Achieve Financial Credit Union Members,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change regarding the availability of our ATMs located on campus at Central Connecticut State University.

As many of you know, we have partnered with the University for several years, providing on-campus banking services, including ATM access. Due to evolving circumstances, including the forced closure of our on-campus office and increased operational costs associated with maintaining these ATMs, the money being paid to CCSU no longer justifies having only ATMs on campus. To that end, we have made the difficult decision not to renew our current agreement with the University. 

Central Connecticut State University has decided to let our contract expire and per the terms of our agreement, giving the Credit Union 30 days to remove its ATMs from the campus. The 2 campus ATMs will be removed from service by April 30th.

We understand that this change may impact your banking convenience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We want to assure you that we remain committed to providing you with accessible and convenient banking solutions.

We encourage you to utilize our network of ATM, ITMs and branch locations, which offer full-service banking options in some cases seven days a week. 

We value your membership and appreciate your understanding during this transition.  We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and look forward to continuing to serve your financial needs.
