Loan Payment Options

Achieve Financial Credit Union provides flexible digital banking options to help you conveniently pay your Achieve loans using your Achieve accounts or accounts at another financial institution.

Paying With Your Achieve Financial Account

In your Achieve digital banking account, navigate to Transfer and Pay, then select Loan Payment Transfers. From there, you can set up one-time or automatic recurring transfers.

Paying With Your Account at Another Financial Institution

  • Self Service: Access the Loan Payment Portal1 by logging in to your Achieve digital banking account, then access the Transfer and Pay menu.  Payments can be made using a debit card or account and routing information from another institution.
  • Pay By Phone: You may call 860-828-2790 option 5 during business hours, however a $10.00 convenience fee will apply. To avoid this fee, we recommend using the Loan Payment Portal through your digital banking account.
  • Pay By Mail: Mail your loan payment by check to Achieve Financial Credit Union, P.O. Box 7030 Berlin, CT 06037. Make sure to include your account number and loan on the check.

1To begin making online loan payments, you must register on the Loan Payment Center. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Credit cards are not accepted for loan payments.
