The New Meriden Branch is Now Open

Achieve Financial Credit Union is excited to announce that our new Meriden branch, located on 752 East Main Street, is now open for business! This modern branch is a full-service facility offering the same products and services available at current Achieve branches. In addition, our new Meriden branch has the latest self-serving technology with eTeller Machines and drive-up services. 

The eTeller Machines offer all the features of an ATM, with new self-service banking options, plus assistance from a live teller, if needed.

Members can easily:

  • Make deposits
  • Withdraw cash
  • Make transfers
  • And more!

An eTeller offers all the features of an ATM, with enhanced self-service banking options. Members can easily make cash deposits, check deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, account transfers, loan payments and so much more.

You will be asked to insert your Achieve ATM Card or Debit Card and PIN or enter your Account Number and Social Security Number (in-branch option only).

eTellers will be located at the drive-up and lobby of our new Meriden location at 752 East Main Street.  Assistance from a live video teller is available during business hours.

No, if you need assistance when using an eTeller, you are served by one of our Achieve team members during regular business hours. They work remotely from our Berlin Headquarters, but you can see them and talk to them onscreen just as you would in-person. There are still Achieve team members in the branch, ready to assist you when needed.

Most teller transactions can be done at an eTeller, including cash deposits, check deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, account transfers and loan payments. Achieve team members are ready to assist you with transactions that aren’t done on the eTeller.

Absolutely, even with the eTellers, whether you need assistance with a transaction, need to open an account or apply for a loan, an Achieve team member will be available to assist you in the branch during lobby hours.

eTellers help us provide you with more efficient service, eliminates the need for filling out deposit slips and allows you 24/7 self-service banking access.  Live help is available during business hours.

Yes, our new Meriden location has two drive-up eTeller Machines.

The eTeller offers menu options in both English and Spanish.
