New Britain Branch Remodel Phase 2

The New Britain Branch is Getting a Makeover!

The two-stage renovation is geared towards bringing a higher level of service and technology to members.

Phase 1 of construction has been completed 

The first phase of construction began on October 17^th, 2022. Three state-of-the-art eTeller machines were installed at the drive-up. eTeller machines are available 7 days a week, with assistance from a live teller during regular business hours. You will need to have a Debit or ATM Card and PIN to transact at the drive-up eTeller machines. Don't have a card? Get yours today at any branch or call 860.828.2790, option 5.

Phase 2 of construction began on January 3^rd, 2023

The second phase of construction takes place in the lobby. The focus will be installing eTeller machines and upgrading the technology to transform the lobby into a comfortable, modern office space. 

The lobby is closed during renovations. Work is expected to be completed by mid-March 2023^*. Member Service Representatives are available by phone or appointment. Please call 860.828.2790, ext 8765 to schedule your appointment. 

Drive-up services are available during lobby construction, or visit one of our other locations while the New Britain branch is being remodeled.
